Tequila Mango Coconut Martini
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Silver Tequila 
- 2 oz Mango Juice 
- 1 oz Coconut Cream 
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice 
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional, adjust to taste) 
- Mango slice or lime wheel (for garnish) 
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and pour 2 oz of silver tequila into the shaker. 
- Measure and pour 2 oz of mango juice into the shaker. 
- Add 1 oz of coconut cream to the shaker. If the coconut cream is thick, you can use a spoon to scoop it out of the can and add it to the shaker. 
- Squeeze 1/2 oz of fresh lime juice and add it to the shaker. 
- If desired, add 1/2 oz of simple syrup to the shaker for added sweetness. 
- Securely close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. 
- Place a fine mesh strainer over a martini glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass. 
- Take a slice of mango or a lime wheel and place it on the rim as a garnish.
